When designing buildings for elderly use, Modularc provide alternative pedestrian roots giving central and quicker access to the entertainment areas from the occupants unit. You will not find an endless hall way for which the occupant at getting to the entertainment space is exhausted.
Alternative smaller lounge areas with its own facilities such as Coffee bar are provided to allow for smaller groups to congregate.
Facilities provided are as per modern day aged care requirements, such as: gymnasium, hairdressing…etc.
